Terms of use.

These terms apply to your use of the YOYO Totes website. A separate, dated Rental Agreement and Payment Authorization govern each confirmed rental.

Website information

We work to keep package descriptions, pricing, service-area information, and availability accurate. Details may change. The rental summary and dated Rental Agreement presented for your booking control if they differ from general website content.

Availability requests and bookings

Submitting an availability request does not create a reservation, guarantee equipment, or require payment. After reviewing your request, YOYO may send you a secure booking-review link with confirmed details, pricing, tax, a Rental Agreement, and a Payment Authorization.

A reservation becomes final only after you accept the Rental Agreement and Payment Authorization and YOYO receives full payment through Stripe within the stated deadline. YOYO may release equipment if those steps are not completed on time.

Secure links and payments

Booking-review and payment links are intended only for the customer to whom they are sent. Do not forward them or attempt to access another person's booking. Payments are processed by Stripe under Stripe's own terms and privacy practices.

Acceptable use

You may use this website for lawful personal or business purposes related to learning about or requesting YOYO services. You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, submit false or misleading information, or use its content in a misleading way.

YOYO content

The YOYO name, logos, photographs, graphics, copy, and website design belong to YOYO Totes or are used with permission. They may not be copied or used commercially without permission.

Changes

We may revise these Terms of Use as the website and booking process change. Updated website terms apply when posted, but they do not change a Rental Agreement already accepted for a booking. The dated Rental Agreement accepted by the customer continues to govern that rental.
