This policy explains how YOYO Totes LLC ("YOYO," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use our website or rent equipment from us.

Information you provide

When you submit a request or complete a booking, we collect the information you provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, requested dates, package choice, delivery and pickup addresses, mailing address for notices, optional notes, and referral information.

We also retain the rental summary, the versions and text snapshots of the Rental Agreement and Payment Authorization you accepted, and the date and time of acceptance.

Payments

Stripe processes payments for YOYO. When you pay, Stripe collects your payment information and may save your payment method for the limited later charges described in the Payment Authorization. YOYO receives payment status, transaction details, and limited card information such as card brand and last four digits, but does not receive or store your full card number.

Website and technical information

Our website and service providers may automatically process technical information needed to operate, secure, and troubleshoot the service, including browser and device information, IP address, request logs, and the browser user-agent recorded when an agreement is accepted.

How we use information

We use information to review availability, prepare and confirm bookings, process payments, deliver and collect equipment, communicate with customers, administer and enforce rental terms, prevent fraud and misuse, maintain business records, and comply with legal obligations.

How we share information

We share information with service providers that help us operate the website, store requests and booking records, send emails, process payments, and provide the requested rental service. We may also disclose information when required by law, to protect rights or safety, or in connection with a business transfer. We do not sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Retention

We keep information only as long as reasonably necessary to provide service, settle a rental, maintain business and tax records, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and meet legal obligations. Retention periods may vary by record type.

Your choices

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete information you provided, subject to records we must retain for legal, security, payment, or business purposes. You may also contact us with questions about a saved payment method.
